Williams-Sonoma at La Encantada will hold a cooking demonstration — with tastes available — from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Executive Chef Dakota Likewise from Sullivan’s Steakhouse will show how to create tempura shrimp and spicy red ginger vinaigrette.

This demonstration is open to the public, and reservations aren’t required. Recipes will be available. Williams-Sonoma is located at 2905 E. Skyline Drive. Call 615-3595 for more information.
